mixed feelings about the stay
broken air conditioning insecure shower
the reception staff provided very good service upon arrival at the hotel.
the room walls were thin noise from adjacent rooms was easily heard also the air conditioning was broken the shower fixture was not securely attached to the wall and moved when used housekeeping sometimes forgot to provide fresh towels one pillow had a suspicious stain that was never replaced

solid stay with fantastic bartenders
good management friendly staff extensive selection cute place
i found the hotel very well managed. the staff, particularly at the bar, were friendly. the food selection was extensive. i especially appreciated george, the bar manager, who clearly excels at his job and makes the bar a cute place.
the music by the pool was a bit loud at times.

the outdoor pool provides ample space for sunbathing, a great benefit. entertainment included something for everyone, from early shows for kids to bingo nights. various opportunities for drinks were available too.

My standard room pool view was bright and airy. the room received daily servicing. it had all the amenities needed. The room was very clean, i must say.

the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was convenient and close to everything. i really appreciated the varied and delicious food.
the air conditioning was not powerful enough for the hot weather it was difficult to cool the room effectively.

the breakfast buffet had an extensive selection of options. i saw many hot and cold dishes. there were fresh fruits juices and pastries available each morning it was a very cheerful start to the day.

the outdoor pool was a great size. there were enough sun loungers for everyone. the pool bar served refreshing drinks all day plus i saw evening entertainment with live music and dancing.

my standard room had a comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom. the room included a small balcony plus i noticed a tv with international channels and a mini fridge for convenience.

the hotel staff were always smiling and ready to assist. the reception was responsive to my requests. housekeeping kept the room super clean every day during my happy stay.

the hotel is near local shops and restaurants. the bus stop is just a short walk away. i found easy access to the harbour and other attractions nearby during my fun vacation.

stained carpets slow lifts
the location was quite convenient, offering easy access to nearby shops.
The room was quite dated. I noticed stained carpets and peeling wallpaper. the bathroom fixtures were old. The shower temperature fluctuated a lot. the lifts were slow and seemed rather unreliable. Waiting times were often excessive.

excellent service convenient location hospitable service dirty pool broken bulb dirty stairways
the head barman george really stood out with his excellent service. he was very hospitable and cute. i enjoyed the drinks he made. the location is also convenient.
the pool looked dirty. i seen bird poo and plasters in it. poolside toilets had no light bulbs. the stairways needed cleaning.
