the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was convenient and close to everything. i really appreciated the varied and delicious food.
the air conditioning was not powerful enough for the hot weather it was difficult to cool the room effectively.

the breakfast buffet had an extensive selection of options. i saw many hot and cold dishes. there were fresh fruits juices and pastries available each morning it was a very cheerful start to the day.

friendly staffthin wallsdisappointing food
the staff seemed friendly and cute. the cleaning team maintained a tidy environment.
the food choices were disappointing. dishes were often unidentifiable and was to be leftovers from previous meals. the walls were thin, i could hear everything happening around me. it was hard to relax. noise really affected my sleep.

The room was quite dated. I noticed stained carpets and peeling wallpaper. the bathroom fixtures were old. The shower temperature fluctuated a lot. Waiting times were often excessive.

the head barman george really stood out with his excellent service. he was very hospitable and cute. i enjoyed the drinks he made. the location is also convenient.
the pool looked dirty. i seen bird poo and plasters in it. poolside toilets had no light bulbs. the stairways needed cleaning.
